Skill-Building Workshop: Half Square Triangles
In this class you will build your skills on this commonly used quilting block. You will learn multiple methods for sewing this block and when to use each method. You will also learn pressing and trimming techniques, how to create a large variety of sizes, how to nest these blocks together in a project, as well as several different ways to put them together to create different designs.
This workshop is great for a beginner quilter because so many quilts are built upon this specific style of block. Once you have the technique of this block, you will feel confident to make many quilt patterns and designs.

Prerequisite: Ability to sew a straight line, keep consistent seam allowance
