In class, you’ll work through the construction of the Sunburst design, including accurate piecing, working with angled units, keeping points aligned, and assembling the sections into the striking starburst layout. It’s a great project for using a coordinated fabric collection or pulling together favorite prints from your stash.
This class is best for confident beginners and beyond who are comfortable with basic rotary cutting and using a ¼" seam allowance. You’ll learn techniques throughout the class that can be carried into future quilt projects.
Prior quilt piecing experience is required, as students should already be comfortable with rotary cutting and basic patchwork sewing.
