Private Sewing Classes for Adults and Teens

Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran, private sewing lessons can be helpful and convenient.

Perhaps you want to learn how to use your sewing machine to the fullest. Or you have a project that needs troubleshooting. Or you just want one-on-one attention with an experienced instructor. In the long run, a private lesson or series can be beneficial in many ways, and even more cost-effective than a larger class.

We offer private lessons to sewists 12 years old through adults.

You may use your sewing machine or one of ours.

Student to provide: fabric, thread, scissors, bobbins, rotary cutter, specialty rulers, seam ripper, pins and/or clips. Supplies purchased at Seamless for private lessons are discounted by 15%.

3.  Let us know when you schedule what you want to learn or a project you want to make.

Level: Beginner to Advanced. Ages 12 years old to adult.

Class: 2 hours. Additional time priced in 15 minute increments at $40 per hour.

Cancellation policiy: Store credit for cancellation prior to 48 hours before the day of lesson. No tuition refund for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the day of lesson.
Note that some of our instructors travel from a distance to teach at Seamless, and all of our instructors have other commitments. Our cancellation policy for private lessons is meant to respect our instructors' time. Thank you for your understanding.
